Who We Are

Cristo Rey Tampa is a unique Catholic high school guided by the Salesian tradition of education. Catering primarily to students from backgrounds of limited resources who live across the Tampa Bay area, our school creates a robust and inclusive learning and personal growth environment. Our private college preparatory education program emphasizes excellence and professional skills, preparing students for college and beyond.

Our History 

Cristo Rey Tampa opened its doors in 2016 with a bold vision: to provide a rigorous, college-preparatory education to students from families with limited resources. Inspired by the mission of Don Bosco, Cristo Rey Tampa empowers young men and women to grow in faith, knowledge, and service.

From our beginnings with a single freshman class to becoming a thriving high school community, Cristo Rey Tampa has remained steadfast in its mission: to nurture future leaders who are academically prepared, spiritually grounded, and committed to serving others.

Today, Cristo Rey Tampa stands as a beacon of hope and opportunity for students and families across the Tampa Bay area- proving that with faith, dedication, and hard work, every young person can achieve greatness.
