Students will be challenged and expected to work hard in and out of class to attain the knowledge and skills that will lead them to success in college and beyond. The curriculum is a rigorous college preparatory curriculum.

Yes, as a requirement for admission, all students must be 14 years old and have the necessary documentation to be legally employed in the United States. Students who cannot work cannot remain in the academic program.

While efforts are made to align the calendar with traditional school calendars, the primary influences on the calendar are our students’ commitments to their corporate jobs and the need for instructional time. 

In addition, programs for all incoming students are held in the summer and are a requirement for admission to the program. Because of our Corporate Work Study Program and the need for quality instructional time, our school year is longer than most (186 days), as is our school day (7:40 a.m. – 3:55 p.m.).
