For Prospective Students - Requirements
Cristo Rey Tampa Salesian High School admits incoming ninth and tenth-grade students (with limited space) who have a minimum 2.75 GPA and satisfactory academic, attendance, and behavioral reports from their current school.
⇒ Age Requirement:
Students must be 14 years old on or before November 1 when entering grade nine.
⇒ Meet Income Guidelines:
Qualify for the Step Up For Students Income-based Scholarship Program based on income verification requirements.
⇒ Eligible to Work in the United States:
All students must have a Social Security number and present legal verification of their U.S. citizenship or legal residency.
⇒ Summer Business Training:
Attend and successfully complete both weeks of Summer Business Training in the summer of 2026 (July 20-31, 2026).
Each day begins at 7:45 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m., modeling a regular school day.
⇒ Corporate Work Study Program:
Be willing to participate fully in the Corporate Work Study Program as a means of contributing to the funding of their own education.
