The Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) is the cornerstone of Cristo Rey Tampa’s innovative educational model—where students gain four years of hands-on professional experience while engaging with a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum.

Each week, all students spend four days in the classroom and one day working in a professional setting through the CWSP. This distinctive approach allows students to work alongside Tampa Bay’s top businesses, building the skills and confidence to excel in college, careers, and beyond.
